Bibimbap Bowl
My partner and I went to Scratch Kitchen for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn't have been a better choice. We were marking almost two years together and decided on a date night at the Scratch Kitchen in Cary. I ordered the bibimbap bowl, and not only was the food fresh and flavorful, but the staff was also incredibly friendly. The bowl had a perfect balance of flavors---the sauce added a nice kick that tied together the vegetables, rice, and meat perfectly. To top it off, they started us off with complimentary Chex Mix, which happens to be my favorite snack! We're already planning another date night there, and I know I'll be getting the same dish again.
Scratch Fries
The scratch fries truly are one of the best appetizers I've ever had. The candied bacon, Worcestershire cheese sauce, and the crispness of the fries really is a flavor bomb. The steak is tender and flavorful, and to be honest, you can eat this as an entree because it's such a generous serving. 15/10!
